hi! ¡hola!

I’m Pascale—a native New Yorker who has always embraced the road less traveled. Having lived in three of the world’s cultural capitals, I bring an international perspective and a wealth of stories.

Guided by curiosity, creativity, and a passion for meaningful connections, I’ve worn many hats—strategist, marketer, client liaison, public art producer, and small business owner—blending these roles into a unique and dynamic skill set.

I thrive at the intersection of social justice, arts & culture, place and community building.

let’s collaborate

CREATIVE STRATEGY

I thrive on crafting creative strategies, visuals and messaging to drive action for programs, campaigns, and organizations looking to stand out and deliver measurable impact.

SOCIAL IMPACT MARKETING

A trained marketer, I approach every project as both an observer and a storyteller, using research and analytics to craft strategies and tactics to engage and influence the target audience, resulting in positive social change.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

I tailor my client services—to date, my clients have included program officers, civil servants, nonprofit leadership, small business owners, and emergency responders—and I adapt to their unique organizational culture and mission.

PARTNERSHIPS

I’ve led diverse stakeholder networks of government, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations in important anti-hate and mental health movements, sharing resources, facilitating collaboration, and urging action.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Starting my career at global ad agencies, I have a strong foundation in managing projects, programs and campaigns. I take pride in my organizational skills, innate foresight, and knowing when to ask the right questions. But my track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion speaks for itself.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

With firsthand experience as a small business owner, I help nonprofits and early-stage social enterprises explore revenue streams, strengthen strategic and operational plans, and craft compelling narratives that elevate their mission and position them for sustainable growth.

PUBLIC ART

I’ve strategized and produced 5 murals, organizing public workshops, community painting sessions, and unveiling events. These projects strengthened community ties and celebrated the cultural diversity of LA County.

PRODUCTION

Spearheading the production of 360° corporate campaigns may show off my leadership and savvy, but producing smaller cultural, fundraising, and pop-up events really feeds me. I’ve also really loved producing, editing, and publishing books, magazines, toolkits, zines, and merchandise.

BRANDING

I thrive in design and visual storytelling. Whether building a brand from the ground up or leading a rebrand, I bring passion, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and strategic insight to crafting a strong brand architecture.
