I’m Pascale—a native New Yorker who has always embraced the road less traveled. Having lived in three of the world’s cultural capitals, I bring an international perspective and a wealth of stories. Guided by curiosity, creativity, and a passion for meaningful connections, I’ve worn many hats—strategist, marketer, client liaison, public art producer, and small business owner—blending these roles into a unique and dynamic skill set.
I thrive at the intersection of social justice, arts & culture, place and community building. Over the past 20 years, I’ve developed campaigns for global brands like Volvo, Pfizer, and T-Mobile, spearheaded communications and programs for nonprofits and government agencies, and driven art-forward initiatives and partnerships for social impact movements. I also founded Ryze Project, a venture dedicated to uplifting artisans and their craft. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with teams in English and Spanish, further enriching my diverse approach to storytelling, strategy, and cultural relevance.
My work is about impact—bridging ideas, people, and purpose to create lasting change.
I am a SB-certified consultant in the State of California and DBE/SBE/CBE/WBE-certified consultant in LA County.
